We provide person centred support to previously homeless people in their own temporary tenancies enabling tenants to sustain their tenancy and make a planned move into a permanent tenancy. Where support needs are greater than we can provide we will work in conjunction with other agencies to manage the support needed.

Other: We aim not to discriminate so wherever possible we would arrange adaptation to suit but we don't have the size of flat to accommodate a 24-hour carer.
