| The Community Mental Health Support Team provides support for people with enduring mental health problems. The aim of the Team is to improve the quality of life of people living in the community who have been disabled by the effects of mental illness by providing the support they need. The CPN Service provides full assessment and treatment plans to individuals with a drug or alcohol problem. Support and counselling can also be offered to partners and family. Interventions offered include: home detoxification, substitute prescribing, motivational interviewing, relapse management and joint counselling.
