If you are age 14-25 years then the Highland Substance Misuse Referral Scheme can help put you in touch with the services you need to taskle the problems you're having at the moment. You will need to give up about an hour of your time so that you can meet a Project Worker who will assess your needs and give you some advice and guidance on how best to start addressing your problems. Appointments can be arranged with specialist agencies for you. The service is confidential.
